Features
- The Quickie ST (single taper) and Quickie DT (dual taper) wheelchairs are rigid and made of Chrome-Moly fixed frame with a camber tube.
- The ST/DT fit into the manual rigid line and are compact for easy transport, balance and stability. The ST/DT was designed for the everyday use or sports.
- The rigid chairs have a user weight limit of 250 lbs. And weigh approximately 22-26 lbs
- The ST/DT wheelchair was introduced in the Shadow Sports Line in fall of 1981 by "Magic in Motion", for basketball and was made of aluminum.
- The frame was redesigned in 1982 to look like a Quickie chair, and redesigned again in 1994.
- This ST/DT was re-designed by Quickie in January 1999 with changes of eliminating heat-treating process, adding 85 degree on "ST" style frame, changing backrest, side guards, Quickie camber degree and adding a few more options.
